Greenroom Live is a South African event production company delivering large scale live experiences across music, culture, sport, and lifestyle. We specialise in the planning, production, and promotion of premium events that connect audiences with brands, talent, and ideas.

 

Our portfolio includes some of South Africa’s best known annual coffee festivals, namely the Jo’burg Coffee Festival, the Cape Town Coffee Show, the Winelands Coffee Festival, and the Pretoria Coffee Festival. Collectively, these events form a national platform for the coffee industry, while remaining accessible, experience driven, and consumer focused.

 

Alongside our festival work, Greenroom Live develops and delivers major local and international live events. This includes music tours, touring productions, and large scale international projects within the sports and entertainment space, created in partnership with established global media platforms and talent.

 

Since 2012, we have proudly partnered with the Passion Movement, supporting every one of their South African tours through end to end planning, production, and promotion.
